Help for Binge Eating Recipe



Binge eating is an addiction, those who try to control binging with will power eventually discover that they will not be able to success; this is due to brain functioning. There are literally millions of people who battle the inability to control the appetite, the root causes of this condition resides in the brain. Help for binge eating is accomplished when the brain triggers are de-activated with targeted foods.

The combination of foods to stop binging

The brain is a very delicate organ which is very susceptible to hormone activity; the appetite is completely controlled by hormones. Researchers have shown that trying to eat less does not work to control appetite, what does work is using food to de-active the desire to eat.

A special recipe

  1. ½ cup of milk
  2. ½ cup of Strawberries
  3. 1 ounce of any nuts
  4. ½ cup of water



Use a blender and mix all the ingredients together

The reason why this recipe has been so successful is because of the fact that the nuts are clinically shown to stop cravings, the fat in nuts do not cause weight gain.
